Information In addition
to my on-line shop where you can
place tackle orders by credit/debit card or PayPal, I can accept payment by Visa
or Mastercard (credit or debit card, but not Switch or Maestro) by post, phone
or fax, and by postal order or cheque (made payable to D.L. Specialist Tackle).
If ordering lures by post or fax please state if an alternative colour is acceptable.
No phone/fax calls before 10am please, we don't rise early at Lumb Towers! If
you would like to send an order by e-mail do not send your credit card details,
phone or fax them through for your financial security.
All rods are built
to order, so on-line ordering is not available. Depending on the order book, completion
may take four to six weeks - but will usually be quicker. I cannot specify a build
time for rebuilds or full custom builds. Please note that phoning to check when
your rods will be completed is unlikely to make them arrive any sooner!

CARRIAGE AND DELIVERY As D.L. Specialist
Tackle is very much a small scale, specialist, outfit (it is just me!) I cannot
carry huge stocks of everything so it is always worth enquiring as to availabilty
to avoid disappointment. If you are desperate to receive "something for the
weekend" please try and get your order to me by the Tuesday beforehand. Monday
afternoon is generally a safe bet to catch me on the phone. While
I do my best to get other orders out within a day of receipt, sometimes I will
be out fishing, so there might occasionally be a little delay. Orders
under £25.00 please add £1.50 towards postage.
Rods are sent by
carrier at a cost of £10.00 per order. ALL
OTHER UK ORDERS OVER £25.00 POST FREE OVERSEAS
ORDERS
Overseas carriage on rods (including Eire
and Northern Ireland) by arrangement, other European orders (including Eire) please
add 10%. Other overseas orders by arrangement.

Christmas, please try to get your order in by early November. You might be pushing
your luck if you leave it until December!!
